Development of DNA nanotechnology-based methods to map and target membrane protein nanodomains in vitro and in vivo

At the Teixeira lab (https://ki.se/en/fyfa/teixeira-lab-nanomedicine-and-spatial-biology-0 ), we have developed DNA nanotechnology-based approaches to map and target membrane protein nanodomains (e.g. Spratt, Dias et al., Nature Nanotechnology, 2023; Ambrosetti et al, Nature Nanotechnology, 2021; Shaw, Lundin, et al, Nat Methods 2014). In this project, the postdoctoral research fellow will develop and apply DNA nanotechnology-based approaches for mapping and targeting protein nanoclusters with single cell resolution in vitro and in vivo.

    Hi,
I think everyone is interested to apply at the Teixeira lab, we are pioneering DNA nanotechnology based methods to map and target membrane protein nanodomains both in vitro and in vivo. This project involves developing and applying these innovative techniques to achieve single-cell resolution mapping of protein nanoclusters. Interested candidates are encouraged to apply.
